Arts & MusiCom reserves the right to restrain students/parents from bringing food and/or drink into Arts & MusiCom Educational Academy, with the exception of bottled water and breast feeding).
Photographs are sometimes taken in class and used for promotional purposes without remuneration. If you object to this, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.

Tuition Payment Options*
1. In full by cheque (made out to Arts & MusiCom) at the time of registration.
2. In full by cheque (made out to Arts & MusiCom, deposit dated on the day of, remaining balance dated the 1st of the start month)

* To keep prices as low as possible, we currently do not accept credit card payments. There is an $85 registration fee per student, $150 for two, and $200 for three children from the same family

loss or injury
Arts & MusiCom Educational Academy is not responsible for any loss or injury incurred directly or indirectly from participating in our programs. Signature (checking the policies box) on the registration form releases Arts & MusiCom from all liability, costs or claims, including legal or medical expenses; including, but not limited to liability resulting from someone’s negligence.
Program Changes
Instructors or program content may be changed at Arts & MusiCom discretion, without notice. Information on the online registration system should be considered the most up-to-date. Some programs and classes may have specific requirements and policies.
refunds for group classes
No refunds for group classes under any circumstances.
Missed group classes
We cannot offer make up classes or refunds for missed group lessons.
Missed individual (private) classes
Students are eligible for 1 make up lesson in any two month period, should they miss a scheduled lesson and provide at least a 24 hour notice.
If your child is going to be away from their private lesson, please notify us as soon as possible by text, phone or email. We do require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for a make up lesson to be issued. Please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] with at least 24 hours of notice. Anything less than 24 hours and we will not be able to schedule a make up lesson. We will do our best to reschedule the make up lesson when it is convenient for you and the teacher. There will be no refunds or make ups provided for missed classes without notice given.
Arts & MusiCom reserves the right to terminate student contracts without refunds for any violations of the policies or for misdemeanor.
